The Role
You will be responsible for managing a small team of finance professionals to ensure stakeholder needs/requirements are met, which include the establishment of clear communication channels, accurate General Ledgers, accurate external returns and internal reports and maintenance of robust internal controls. You will also be primarily responsible for ensuring the accuracy of general ledgers and the management of monthend through to ledge close and the accuracy and timeliness of the regulatory and statutory returns. You will be primary liaison point for Business Unit & maintenance of high quality relationships. You will be also be involved in ad-hoc projects implementing process improvements.
Your Profile
You will be CA or CPA qualified. You must have previous forecasting and modelling experience and possess exceptional interpersonal skills / relationship management skills. You will have previously managed a small team. Previous experience within a banking environment will be also desirable.
